I've had Dare #124 in my planner for weeks. Last night I finally stopped telling myself I was a creative dunce and just played around. I'm not sure why my head wants to implode every time I try to make something, but after Saturday I hope that's over. Saturday night was fun. Saturday night was... relaxing! It was like, ohhh hello old friend.
Four years ago I came home one day and Neil had been packing some boxes in preparation for a move to a new place.
One of the boxes said in big black letters: VERRY HEVY.
I'm not saying anything else, but this is pretty much our favorite inside joke. And it's fun to say around people so they look at us strangely.
FINALLY got pics of my TAIF project:
feather tags. these came out of thin air when I made them. I really had no idea what I was going to do, except that I was going to use lace. obviously.
I've really been inspired by all the paper, fabric and felt feathers I've seen lately. I'm also dreaming about making just paper feathers to tie to different strings and hang everywhere. I'm all about hanging and dangling things lately... will my ceilings be more full than my walls?
I'm going to hang these off a small stick later after we have our own place and I can decorate. My husband's walking stick did the job for the photos.
