So Neil and I are really enjoying the Twilight soundtrack right now... I didn't know how much Neil would like it, but then again, he has been getting a little bored with what he normally listens to, so he's been on the search for new stuff.
New prompt up at The Art is Found:
The prompt is texture. All sorts of things you can do with this one.
I used some stuff I learned in Dina Wakley's recent art journaling class and a couple things from a class Emily Falconbridge talk back in January.
Lots of gesso, crackle paints, etc. I wanted it to be very messy so you can actually see the texture. I wanted to go along with the idea of actual texture and using some words from my journal, write about feeling and feelings (since texture is something you feel...).

Still working on setting up my new flickr account. Again, if you were my contact before, I'm getting around to adding everyone to this new account. It's definitely going to be... a process.
